Pilates

Pilates is a full body workout, which was developed by Joseph H. Pilates in the early 20th century. Pilates Mat provides us with stretching and strengthening exercises – performed on a mat - for establishing core strength and postural alignment.

Following the principles of physical fitness training, we additionally use conscious thinking to control movement and breath, and to prevent injuries, aches, and pains.
