RASA Dance was founded by Sabine Heubusch in collaboration with Rachel Tinguely in 2005 and is based in New York under Sabine’s artistic direction. RASA Dance performs in venues and site-specific outdoor locations such as parks, gardens, and public spaces.

The choice of outdoor for performances reflects RASA’s deep appreciation for nature and the environment and provides an opportunity to reach different audiences of all ages. The audience is invited to experience new ways of seeing, listening, and feeling.
