Alexander Technique
Discovering a way of thinking that provides the tool to change harmful habits into useful habits. Being introduced to a different way of carrying oneself, where support, poise, and freedom become present.


Yoga (Hatha/Ishta)
Experiencing strength, flexibility, peace, and radiance through asanas, breathing, coordination, and meditation.


Pilates Mat
Discovering endurance, power, and mobility.


Dance Improvisation
Finding ones own dance through body alignment, and different dance repertoires such as modern dance and hip-hop.


Dalcroze Eurhythmics
Learning music through movement, coordination and listening games, songs and creative explorations by using props such as hoops, balls, and scarves.








Classes are taught for all levels and age groups.

GYROKINESIS ®
Stimulating the joints and muscles of the body through rhythmic and undulating exercises. Educating the body to utilize harmonious movements and creating a three-dimensional awareness.Fluidity is the key. Postures are smoothly and harmoniously connected through breathing, making exercises appear more like a dance than traditional yoga.

GYROTONIC ®
Incorporating principles from yoga, dance, gymnastics, swimming, and tai chi. Stretching and strengthening the body with minimal effort, while increasing range of motion and developing coordination. Gyrotonic is served by a specially designed exercise equipment, which is built around the human body with all regards to total freedom in movement, no restriction to speed and versatility, and enhances rather than distracts from coordination, strength and flexibility.

Hip-Hop and Modern Dance
Discovering a sense of confidence and expression. Encouraging not only to gain a technical understanding of the movement, but adding intent and joy.
